Pond Series: An Exploration of Nature's Choreography.

The Pond Series, where the marriage of painting and photography converges to celebrate the ever-evolving narrative of life surrounding a tranquil aquatic sanctuary. This collection beckons the audience into a mesmerizing time-lapse narrative, a poetic rendition of the pond's inhabitants alongside the captivating play of light and shadow that sweeps its surface.

Over the span of several years, I've assumed the role of an impassioned observer, immersing myself in the ephemeral symphony of pond life. The series stands as a vibrant declaration to the shrouded beauty hidden within the art of observation. Each image emerges as a visual sonnet, capturing the unspoken poetry of nature.

From the serene stillness of dawn to the glowing palette of sunset, the Pond Series documents the delicate shifts in the pond's temperament. Dragonflies tracing ephemeral patterns in the golden light, and ripples echoing the tales of passing breezes. Bats enthusiastically darting in and out of overhanging branches, devouring insects at dusk. Bubbles that disseminate across the surface of the water, then are captured in ice as winter arrives. Erie shadows cast haunting shapes then finally peace, darkness, and the stillness of a dark moon at night.
